Kids Ministry

Our Kids Ministry exists to glorify God by making disciples who make disciples of Jesus Christ.

Making disciples starts within the family

The heart of our Kids Ministry is for all children who walk through our doors to know the love of Christ and desire to follow Him. We aim to come alongside parents in teaching Gospel-centered truth, and to provide a fun and safe environment for kids to grow in their faith.

We offer our Kids Ministry classes at both services (8:45AM & 10:30AM) for infants-5th grade! 

Curriculum

The Gospel Project for Kids focuses on God’s redemptive plan from Genesis to Revelation. Each weekly Bible story connects to THE BIG STORY- God’s plan to rescue His people through His Son, Jesus Christ. We want to help kids see that the whole Bible points to Jesus and the Gospel!

Classrooms

Our current classrooms are offered at both services:

  • Nursery- Infants- 2 year olds
  • Twos- Walkers/2 year olds
  • Preschool- Ages 3-5
  • Kindergarten-2nd Grade
  • 3rd-5th Grade

We ask all kids going to classrooms to check-in before services at the table to the left of the sanctuary doors! Our staff there can answer any questions you may have. 

Volunteers

Volunteers are the heart of our Kids Ministry at Gospel Community Church! While we ask for Lead Teachers to be members, anyone can serve as a Classroom Helper! Junior Helpers (ages 11+) can also serve alongside adults. All of our volunteers are required to pass a background check.
